By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Manteca, had much fun. We were greeted by amiable, pleasant staff.

The breakfast was deluxe. the staff was outstandingly accommodating. the grounds were clean. Our cheap room was spotless and had tons of space. the location was favorable for Manteca, near the softball fields and close to downtown.

Greatly enjoyed staying here, my room was immaculately clean and cheap and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The breakfast was deluxe at 730am, the best I had in Manteca. The location was favourable and in front of a valley and parks. Besides, it was 5 min drive to Big League Dreams.

Cute little hotel located short walk to the softball fields, the valley and outlets. Outstandingly accommodating and pleasant staff always on hand. The rooms are cheap, the breakfast is deluxe. Outstanding variety at breakfast. Particularly good location to Yosemite National Park.
